The next big trend in bio-hacking is understanding the relationships between different metrics. NatureBeat integrates and correlates data from popular fitness platforms like MapMyFitness, Fitbit, and Withings. By analyzing HRV and stress along with additional data, NatureBeat provides a deeper dive into health and offers insights into how your activities affect the health metrics you care about.

Important: NatureBeat requires external hardware: a tested Bluetooth Low Energy Heart Rate Monitor. While other manufacturers' wrist-worn devices work well for heart rate monitoring, their wrist-worn heart rate monitors are not accurate enough for HRV and are not supported, though they can be used for food sensitivity tests.

NatureBeat can be used with iOS 8 and newer, including iPhone 5 and newer, iPad 3 and newer, iPad Mini and newer, iPod touch 5.

NatureBeat consists of four main components:

 <li>Monitor Stress</li>
 <li>HRV for Training</li>
 <li>Food Sensitivity</li>
 <li>Data Correlation</li>
</ol>

Monitor Stress:
With NatureBeat you can monitor your stress levels in real-time, empowering you to take action to reduce stress. The Relax screen prompts you with a deep breathing exercise if your stress threshold is reached, including calming images.

New: Checkup mode offers a 3-minute countdown ideal for use with the Zoom device or any compatible BTLE heart rate monitor chest strap. It allows users to assess stress and power levels accurately at any time during the day.

 <li>Stats: The stats screen displays all metrics being measured, including additional metrics if using the HealthPatch.</li>
 <li>Graph: Real-time graph of your heart rate from RR Intervals. Turn your phone 90 degrees counter-clockwise for a landscape view.</li>
 <li>Export RR Intervals: SweetBeat provides RR interval export capability.</li>
</ul>

HRV For Training:
In competitive sports, improved performance often involves alternating intensive training with periods of rest. NatureBeat measures HRV to objectively track your body's response to each workout and provides training recommendations based on your morning reading.

Food Sensitivity Test:
If certain foods trigger sensitivity in you without apparent symptoms, NatureBeat can detect it by tracking elevated heart rates after consuming the offending food. Identifying low-level food sensitivities may help mitigate inflammation and weight issues. The test assigns a "X" for sensitive or a green checkmark for non-sensitive responses.

Correlation:
The correlation screen uses a patent-pending algorithm to correlate all shared data within NatureBeat's ecosystem, providing insights into activity combinations that influence desired health outcomes such as HRV, stress, or weight management.
